Updates to DataFusion 42 and Arrow 53.1, to make the update a little easier I also removed the DataFrame DataSource python logic, which wasn't being used and which I was planning to remove for VegaFusion 2.0 anyway.
I'm planning to port over #501 next, since as of Arrow 53.1 we should be able to work with Polars over the Arrow PyCapsule API.
