Description

This PR adds a new application scenario of plipify aiming to provide interaction statistics for any protein only give a UniProt ID.

Todos

  • Add first version
  • Assign KLIFS residue ids for comparison

Questions

  • Which proteins might be interesting besides kinases?
  • Do we need to think about co-factors? In the current pipeline, they will be either considered as a ligand or if too small they will be deleted, which will be bad in case of interactions to metal ions.

Status

  • Ready to go
