possibility to configure all defined types via hiera #41

Based on #37 and its MR #38 I'd suggest to support configuration of every defined type in this module via hiera.

The idea would be to add the possibility of giving a hash to the correspondig class which then creates resources from it.
Another example is also https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-python/blob/master/manifests/init.pp#L48

If no one objects I try to get a patch ready within the next months.
