cannot bind ipv4 and ipv6 #257

`bind` now takes an array (of IP addresses). To bind to all interfaces, use `bind => []`. Due to the new parameter validation, if you were previously using a single string to specify multiple IP addresses, you will need to change this to an array. Fixes voxpupuli#257 Fixes voxpupuli#60

Hi.
In order to listen on any interface, either on ipv4 and ip4v, it would be enough to not declare at all the parameter
bind
inredis.conf
.Can you please add a check, to ensure that bind is defined, before adding the paramter in the file?
I have tried
'*'
