Shopping cart summary is not updated after logout

Current behavior

Shopping summary visible in the cart (for logged in user) is not updated after logout. If I add any product to the cart after logout I will see the shopping summary for the previous cart state.

Expected behavior

Shopping summary is updated every shopping cart change.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to branch develop
2. Log in to your account
3. Add any product to the cart
4. Open the cart and remember the shopping summary values
5. Log out
6. Add any other product to the cart
7. Go to to the cart and check shopping summary values

This issue doesn't appear on the demo. Maybe related to #2828
