I've revised this a bit to be more non-JS-compliant; now, in addition to a more pleasing effect for JS users, non-JS users will no longer see a confusing half-empty region. See 8b9adac for the final version.

Handle empty cat_password columns in user row

This corrects a problem with new VuFind users being created from a Shibboleth login. Without this change, we see this exception and stack trace:
