QA plan for restructured repository

The largest step in the repository restructure project is nearly complete. We are about to merge the most massive PR we've ever created: Create a patterns directory tree with a separate file for each pattern and move all examples inside the patterns directory tree by mcking65 · Pull Request #2417 · w3c/aria-practices

We will discuss updates to our manual review plan:

• What to look for
• How to divide review assignments and responsibilities

Checkbox key repeat fix

• Issue 2425: Checkbox example should not repeatedly toggle while holding down spacebar
• PR 2518: Make sure checkbox only activates on keyup by sivakusayan
