- fix main on dpub-aam!!!
- add dpub-aam history
- remove extraneous files
- adjust links to aria-common
First pass at mapping the dpub-chapter and dpub-toc roles to AAPIs.

@pkra, @daniel-montalvo and I were experimenting in the main branch of dpub-aam.
We are going to have to close this and reopen it when the history over at dpub-aam is restored, to do that we have to drop all the experimental commits on main and force push.
DPUB-aam should now be correct again. I'll redo this PR. |

In order to more easily keep track of the many ARIA specifications and spec changes, we are moving to an ARIA monorepo. We will merge this PR after w3c/aria#2188 This repo will remain open for issue tracking, and the editor's draft will still be published here to maintain editor's draft URLs.
