The old API needs to be documented somewhere that's findable from the spec, at least until all browsers implement the new one.

Suggestion: Add a link that goes to an old version of the spec.

@alvestrand A link to an old version of the spec would be helpful, but this and other specs don't include links to past versions as was the prior practice. IMHO, we need to fix this.
