Update derivative work license for react #17

Since it is a 3-line change I didn't create an issue first for a discussion.

With facebook/react@8ec2ed4 faceboook migrated the HTMLDOMPropertyConfig.jscontent into DOMProperty.js and with that to a file licensed under the MIT-license, same like this project property-information.

Hence I updated the references and license statement of the readme to reflect that since this nicely harmonizes the licenses in use.

Hope the change as well as the proceeding of not opening an issue upfront is fine with you @wooorm
