Update example notebooks to use new_data_store #70

Example notebooks currently instantiate the data store directly. Best practice is to use xcube.core.store.new_data_store('cds') instead. The notebooks should be updated to use this idiom.

With this commit, the example notebooks no longer instantiate
CDSDataStore directly, but via xcube.core.store.new_data_store.

Addresses #70.
