出bug了，lib文件夹下有libfoo.dll.a，但add_links("foo")被忽略了

需要 add_links("foo.dll")

这个行为不对吧，最后的链接flag应该是-lfoo，-lfoo.dll也可以但并不规范。临时可以这么改
