Gotop should speak other languages.

Help Wanted!

I am seeking a couple of language tranlsations for this effort. The i18n branch has code that works; now I just need the language files. If you'd like to help, please download the en_US.toml file and translate it to your language, and send it back. You can attach it to this ticket, or you can fork and submit a PR; either way, I'll add it and use it for testing. There's not much text, so it should be short work. Thank you!
