We actually already have pywin in the windows requirements, so this should be fine. We'll need to test on TV pain site though |

TVPaint has prelaunch hook that is installing
pywin32module usingpipwhich is not possible in Pype 3.Changes
Note
We have to install
pywin32with venv installation on windows.
