This PR simply fixes a series of issues and tests:
_ Pinhole / Distortion Jacobians having a wrong size
_ missing dependency on boost system in aslam_cv_backend and aslam_cv_serialization
_ tests not being linked to the correct library in kalibr
_ IncrementalOptimizationProblemTest expecting the wrong Exceptions
