We use EFS for home directory storage on AWS. It offers a built in backup solution, which we must configure and enable for all our hubs.

@yuvipanda do you think that this would likely be tackled at the same time that #622 is completed? If so, could we just keep both of these in the same issue? Are you OK with me closing this one and un-cross-linking them?

(alternatively if you think these are discrete enough to do in two separate sprints/steps/etc, feel free to suggest we leave it open)

I created this mostly to have an entry in #610. Am happy to merge these if you think we can make sure that the row for backups in #610 is not missed for all the cloud providers.

Enable automatic backups for homedirs on AWS

"Automatic backups" are documented by AWS in
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/efs/latest/ug/awsbackup.html#automatic-backups,
and are done *daily* with a 35 day retention period. We could
customize this in the future, but this is a great start.

I've applied this on everything except the NASA SMCE managed projects (GHG and VEDA), and I'll do that tomorrow.
