Did you test this size? It intersects the return teleporter, so not sure if there are issues. On the other side of this teleporter, I used radius 80, which still prevents squeezing past, but keeps a bit more distance between your return spawn point.

I misinterpreted what you were saying. There actually doesn't seem to be any issue returning from the other side, but I reduced the radius anyway just to minimize the change from vanilla.

At radius 100, I had previously seen it immediately send you back to the shipside dock, but another test didn't do that (that might have been when I had legend'ed to non-mirrored Dockyard, then gone through the teleporter, and come back to mirrored dockyard, which would have done PreFirstEntry and increased the radius into me).

Instead, at radius 100 you enter back into Dockyard inside the teleporter and can walk behind it.

Decreasing the radius is still necessary, so good that it's been done
