Performance: optimize getDefaultAvatar calculation

Details

As discussed here, after we did a performance profiling session with large accounts, the repeated calculation of the string hash to get the default avatar seriously became a performance concern. Switching to modulo calculation reduces the app start time by a few hundred milliseconds.

  • The component has the minimum amount of code necessary for its purpose, and it is broken down into smaller components in order to separate concerns and functions
