Tests

Workspace is connected to QBO.

Go offline.
Go to workspace settings > Tags.
Click Settings.
Toggle on "Members must tag all expenses".
Close the RHP.
Verify that "Classes" and "Customers/Projects" are labelled with "Required" when "Members must tag all expenses" is enabled and vice versa.

Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
