Controls overhaul
- Added tooltips for some items in inventories
- Rewrote lots of vehicle control code to fix incompatibilities with a lot of mods, namely minimaps (#936)
- Changed some default keybindings to make a bit more sense compared to their names
- Changed keybinding descriptions to be changeable in localisation files
- Fixed missing glowstone texture in JEI for gunpowder recipe
- Fixed vehicle part health going below 0
