• gnu-getopt is not provided by macOS. BSD getopt is, so switched DSL in gnu-getopt: change keg_only reason as macOS has BSD getopt homebrew-core#183637
• rpcgen removal PR rpcsvc-proto 1.4.4 (new formula), rpcgen: remove as SPDX rejected license homebrew-core#183671 (this could cause tests/CI to fail based on state of PRs).
• bc-gh added in bc-gh 7.0.1 (new formula) homebrew-core#183679
