Description: The Unified Medical Language System® (UMLS®) Metathesaurus (MTH) was developed and is maintained by the National Library of Medicine (NLM). MTH contains concept names, attributes, relationships, and other data that were created by NLM to facilitate construction of the UMLS Metathesaurus. The UMLS integrates health and biomedical terminologies, vocabularies, classification systems, and coding standards (e.g., CPT, ICD-10-CM, LOINC, MeSH, RxNorm, SNOMED CT).
