Closes #36 (if applicable).

Changes proposed in this Pull Request

  • capital cost for floating offshore wind and connection cost
  • investigate suitability of chosen turbine (check cutoff speed)
  • investigate maximum depth for floating (500 or 1000 m)

Overall, adding floating wind turbines needs to also take account of grid topologies in the North Sea
