fix(litellm): merge default model info with router models for NTC support

Summary

Ensures that dynamically fetched LiteLLM models inherit supportsNativeTools and defaultToolProtocol from litellmDefaultModelInfo, enabling the Tool Protocol selector in the UI for all LiteLLM models.

Problem

When users configure LiteLLM and fetch models from their LiteLLM server, the router returns model info without supportsNativeTools set. This caused the Tool Protocol dropdown to not appear in the settings UI, forcing users to use XML tool protocol unnecessarily.

Solution

Changed the model info resolution logic in useSelectedModel.ts to merge litellmDefaultModelInfo with the router model info:

I don't think we want to do this - seems like it will also merge in cache prices etc? How about just merging in defaults for native tool calls?
