Is your feature request related to a problem?

The grammar allows the right operand of type parameter bounds to be any type. Not all types should be allowed, however.

Desired solution

Restrict the right operand to any named type, i.e.

  • class types,
  • enum types,
  • enum variant types,
  • type parameter types.
