Closes #293. ### Summary of Changes Change constructor of `TaggedTable` to be more usable. The usual way to get a `TaggedTable` is still to call the `tag_column` method of `Table`. --------- Co-authored-by: megalinter-bot <129584137+megalinter-bot@users.noreply.github.com>

It's not possible to "hide" the
__init__
method from users via naming conventions. Moreover, it's the default place users go to instantiate a class. Because of this, it should be usable and not reveal internals.Desired solution
Make the
__init__
ofTaggedTable
work like the__init__
ofRow
. Replace current internal calls to the constructor with calls toTaggedTable._from_pandas_dataframe
orTaggedTable.from_table
(which has to be tested and added).Possible alternatives (optional)
