Make a json_supn_file_superposition_acquirer
Add code to cath_superpose_options to return the correct superposition_acquirer (using common code with and cath_refine_align_options as much as possible). This will involve moving code out of, eg, cath_superposer::get_superposition_context()
Add a wrapper to that to get a superposition_context.
