What?
A few of us (see assignees) are experimenting with Zoomed Out mode in the site editor.

Why?
The basic version of zoomed out view was originally implemented a while ago, and exists behind an experimental flag.
There's a wishlist of features at #50739 that have never been implemented depsite a few attempts.
How?
Several sub PRs have been merged into this branch with more detail:
Issues Encountered
<main>element and a footer. Usually most body sections for a page are within the<main>group. Somehow we need to ignore the<main>group and only consider its direct children. There's a fix in this PR (see Zoomed out mode: show content container children #56890 for more detail).Testing Instructions
