Setup for beginners

Download the .var
file from the Virt-A-Mate Hub, or for early access to releases, from Patreon. Put the downloaded file under (Virt-A-Mate Install Folder)\AddonPackages
.
In Virt-A-Mate:
- Enter
Edit
mode in the main Virt-A-Mate menu - Add a Person atom (any atom type can be animated)
- Select any controller (the green boxes) on the person, and click 'Select Root' at the top-left of the panel (unless you selected the root control). You can also use the "Cycle Select Person" icon keyboard shortcut: N ) if the atom was a person.
- Select the 'Plugins' tab
- Click 'Add plugin'
- Click 'Select file'
- On the left bar, find
Acidbubbles.Timeline
, and click on it. On the right, selectVamTimeline.AtomPlugin.cslist
. - Click 'Open custom UI'
