Problem
Customers who do not use DataStore are not able to build create forms with GraphQL APIs.
Solution
Conditionally generate needed code for GraphQL APIs rather than using the DataStore library for create forms without relationships. Refactoring some of the DataStore specific functions to accommodate config to determine if the customer is using GraphQL.
