• Discuss about how we should schedule the meetings
• Discuss about whether there are group members who have confusion about the project's scope
• Divide the work for creating informal requirements
• Decide on the person to get information about the earthquake zone
• Make a plan about where we will make out-of-meeting discussions
• Discuss about the date and the time for our extra meeting this week

Discussions

• Meeting dates will be determined by polls that are expected to be opened on Tuesdays for now.
• Since we are not allowed to make discussions on GitHub, if anyone has a question, they can ask the whatsApp/discord group directly.
• Begüm Arslan and Merve Gürbüz wanted to work on creating informal requirements from the previous meeting's notes.
• Everyone in the group should read and understand the informal requirements, and prepare additional questions.
• Anyone who wants can talk to anyone they can get information about the disaster area.
• Merve Gürbüz is the communicator of the group.
• It will be decided tomorrow if we need a meeting with the teaching assistant Ahmet.
• We decided to meet the disaster manager of our school.
