Updates Oauth scopes for Gemini

Fixes brave/brave-browser#11030

Scopes were updated on Gemini's end to be more granular, this doesn't change overall permissions.

• ensured that the entire registration process worked without issues when signing up (including KYC via mobile)
• ensured that you're connected to the Gemini Widget once you've registered and signed into the platform
• ensured that signing into Gemini in a new profile works without any issues
• ensured that both Allow & Deny access and exit work when Brave Trading requests for permissions
  • ensured that when Deny access and exit is selected, Brave doesn't receive access/connect to the Gemini widget
• ensured that you can disconnect from the Gemini widget using the Disconnect button under the kabob/settings menu
• ensured that that logging into Gemini worked as expected when adding a security/YubiKey to the account
• ensured that logging out of the Gemini website doesn't logout/disconnect the Gemini widget under the NTP
• ensured that addresses were being displayed under Deposit once the account has been KYC'd/verified
• ensured that the correct funds are being displayed in the widget once they're moved into the Gemini account
