Description

Mouse cursor doesn't change over clickable links/elements.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Pass mouse over a link

Actual result:
Mouse cursor doesn't change.

Expected result:
Cursor changes to indicate clickability.

Reproduces how often:
Always.

This worked in 0.21.657 but stopped in 0.21.658

Same here, its happened in older versions as well sometimes. Seems to be related to saved sessions.
