The CDC decoder buillds different versions of CDC base decoders during the build. Since the source files are copied to the temporay directories, they come in git status for files to be added. So these directories and a temporary CDC TAP test directory(tmpcheck) are added to .gitignore file

The CDC decoder buillds different versions of CDC base decoders during the build. Since the source files are copied to the temporay directories, they come in git status for files to be added. So these directories and a temporary CDC TAP test directory(tmpcheck) are added to .gitignore file.

In this release, I tried something different. I experimented with adding the PR number and title to the changelog right before each changelog entry. This way, it is easier to track where a particular changelog entry comes from. After reviews are over, I plan to remove those lines with PR numbers and titles. The CDC decoder buillds different versions of CDC base decoders during the build. Since the source files are copied to the temporay directories, they come in git status for files to be added. So these directories and a temporary CDC TAP test directory(tmpcheck) are added to .gitignore file.
