Decide how to deal with OrderedMap depencency #8378
Description
In the ibc-go/e2e/go.mod we are using github.com/iancoleman/orderedmap v0.3.0. We are not comfortable with this depencency.
We need to investigate if we can have this implementation in house or any other alternatives.
