Changes for 0.3.4 release

This PR prepares the release for 0.3.4.

This will include the changes below:

• Produces correct order of columns for nested rows when user specifies a schema 527b976
• No value in nested struct causes arrayIndexOutOfBounds (19eb277)
• compression aslias for codec option Add an alias compression for codec for consistency with Spark's internal data sources #145
• Remove dead codes, Remove dead codes in TypeCast and related test codes #144
• Fix nested element with name of parent bug, Fix nested element with name of parent bug #161
• Minor documentation changes - Change books to book in Hadoop InputFormat example #159 and fix typos + brackets #143
• Ignore comments even when it is surrounded white spaces Add missed other default case when parsing/inferring XML documents #166

Not fixed (maybe within this weekend?) but I would like to release both 0.3.4 and 0.4.0 (for Spark 2.0) as soon as possible.
