Replacing #96 since we cannot deploy to sandbox from a fork.

The deployment is failing due to git missing?.

Ok I have now confirmed that we can use the endpoints of the dev deployment against the test native icechunk store from @maxrjones!!!
The examples I ran are documented in https://github.com/developmentseed/titiler-multidim/blob/support-icechunk/notebooks/test_native_icechunk.ipynb.

Ill turn in for today, but will continue with the virtual container logic in the next days.

Note! Taking credentials from the env did not actually work, so we might have to cycle through some options here (which will be a bit annoying), but we can figure this out soon.
