The Phobos add-on inserts custom elements in several places of Blender's GUI

Phobos Toolbar

The Phobos toolbar can be found on the sidebar on the right of the 3D view. If it's not visible, hit N to make it appear. One of the tabs should print Phobos, which is the toolbar with Phobos' operators. It consists of categories, which resemble the typical workflow of creating a robot. You can find an overview on the Operators page.

The Phobos Models tab provides interactions with the model library (such as importing models).

Phobos Matrix Information

This information panel is found in the Object properties. It provides a simple overview over the local and world matrix of the active object.

Phobos Object Information

This panel is also found in the Object properties. You will find the name, phobostype, parent etc. of the currently active object. Some of the information is also interactive, for example pressing on the button next to the Root Object information will select to the respective object. Clicking on the name of either the model or object will rename it.

Phobos Property Information

This panel is also located in the Object properties. The shown information depends on the phobostype of the active object. For example, an inertia object will show its mass and inertia tensor here. A link summarizes its children based on categories (collision, visual objects etc.) and makes them accessible with a simple click.

Custom properties panel

With this you have access to all (custom) properties. You'll find at the end of the Object panel.
