This issue collects work items of Controller Team for Sprint 204 (7 July - 27 July).

Sprint directions

• DWO: Release DevWorkspace Operator;
• DWO: Implement more features needed for CRW on DWO side;
• WTO: Release WebTerminal Operator which depends on DWO from above;
• Dashboard: Get rid of depending on Che Server unsupported proxy API;
• Dashboard: Stabilize devworkspace support;
