This issue collects work items of the Controller Team for Sprint 214 (February 02 - February 22).

• preparations for WTO 1.5 GA release
• CRW addon deprecation after 2.15
• Release telemetry woopra plugin for DevWorkspaces + provide relevant docs
• Hardening DevWorksace / UD before the switch to the new workspace engine
