[jest/ci] remove max-old-space-size override to use 4gb default

A recent build on master failed in the Jest Unit step because a jest worker kept running out of memory. We are currently setting the --max-old-space-size for Jest to 2048, but now that we've increased the size of the Jest worker machine we can remove this override and use the default of 4096 as defined in the shared setup scripts.
