We have discussed this in the weekly Ember CLI team call last week and concluded that stylistic rules should not be enabled by default. We are mirroring the behavior of
eslint:recommendedthat also only enables rules that prevent bugs, but no stylistic rules./cc @michalsnik @rwjblue @kellyselden
