Summary
Removes the fburl from the FB-only React DevTools placeholder panel added in #36. The main way we launch the CDT frontend in React Native is in a Chrome guest profile, where fburls can't be usefully opened. Besides, the same purpose is already fulfilled by the
[FB-only] Send feedbackCTA added in #33.Test plan
