This is the first release candidate for lotus v1.12.0, a mandatory release of Lotus. It is intended to test the upcoming chocolate upgrade of Filecoin. Note: FIPs included are based on optimistic acceptance, things may well change. It sets the calibration test network to be updated at epoch 312746, which is at 10:15 AM EST on Tuesday, October 5th.
