Let's allow the user to choose between course shortname, course idnumber, or nothing rather than just course shortname or nothing. |

Its the course shortnme. Course idnumbers are optional and fullname are not guarantees to be unique. |

Small feature in Quickmail that allows for the course shortname to be prepended to the subject in the form of:
[course shortname] original subject.Like other Quickmail features, the instructor can override this system setting, if he/she desires to.
It's ready for testing.
