docs: general fixes and enhancements

• Fixes Docs(Code Issue): Code Issue in /modules/carts-and-checkout/backend/add-payment-provider #5424 by adding information about the updatePaymentData in Create Payment Processor guide.
• Fixes Docs(Code Issue): Code Issue in /plugins/payment/stripe #5427 by changing processor_id to provider_id in the Stripe and PayPal plugins documentation.
• Remove outdated demo link from the user guide.
• Update images in the user guide.
• Make steps in a recipe's learning path clickable, and allow skipping steps while going through a learning path.
• Make titles in the Commerce Modules cards consistent with their respective pages.
• Fix job condition on Documentation Tests.
