Describe the bug
If the workspace creation fails when creating an AAD enable workspace, you are displayed "There was an issue with the latest deployment or update for this resource. Please see the Operations panel within the resource for details." within the UI. However, you can't get to the Resource to see the Operations.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Ensure you Application Admin has the Application.ReadWrite.OwnedBy permission only
  2. Create a workspace with auto_create as the Client ID
  3. The creation will fail and you can see the UI message, but cannot get to the Operation.
