This PR adds JS tests for the ExecutionPathVisualizer files using Jest.
The tests are run using npm test within src/Kernel. This command is also added to build/test.ps1 to run the tests during CI.

Looking good so far! I see there are some build errors so I'll look again after those are resolved. I left a small comment. One other minor point: I notice that your file paths include the folder ExecutionPathVIsualizerTests with a capital VI ... may be best to fix that casing to avoid subtle issues in the future.
