Parameters

Name	Description
modId	Mod to submit the rating for
parameters	Rating data to be submitted
successCallback	Action to execute if the request succeeds
errorCallback	Action to execute if the request returns an error

Description

Submits a user's rating for a mod.

Each user can supply either one positive or one negative rating for a mod. Subsequent ratings will override any previous ratings. Successful request will return a confirmation APIMessage.
