As an app developer I want to customize the look&feel of a custom tab to make it look like it is part of my application.

I ignored the following custom tab features. Afaik we do not handle them in our current apps that implement Custom Tabs and therefore they are probably not P1 worthy:

• Ability to show page title in toolbar
• Ability to control URL bar hiding on scrolling
• Ability to set custom "appear/disappear" animations
